Compass Group is hiring full-time Sous Chefs for its Colorado College location in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role prepares food according to recipes and production standards, coordinates cooks and food-service associates, supervises hourly staff, maintains food safety and sanitation, monitors inventory, and supports customer service. Previous cooking, retail, and ordering experience is required, and weekend and morning availability are required. The position pays $24.00 to $26.00 per hour and includes on-the-job training, shift meals, and benefits.
