Delta Solutions & Strategies is hiring a Space Force ISR Instructor/SME to lead and develop instructor-led training for SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC programs supporting the United States Space Force ISR enterprise. The role includes classroom instruction, practical exercises, assessments, curriculum and courseware development, student evaluation, and coordination with mission partners in a classified training environment. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, have a BA/BS or equivalent experience, and possess 10+ years of USSF ISR experience, including 4+ years of professional instruction. The position is full-time and on-site at Peterson Space Force Base, with up to 10% travel.
