ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Director, Technical Program Management for its APEX Strategic Programs organization to lead a team delivering product innovations and other strategic business programs across the Product and Technology organization. The role focuses on complex product development program delivery, strategic initiative management, governance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and AI-native ways of working, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and senior executives. The position is open to flexible hybrid work with two days per week in a ServiceNow office or fully remote.
