Couchbase is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for its FP&A team in Raleigh, North Carolina, in a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. The role owns company-wide headcount consolidation and governance, G&A and R&D variance analysis, annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, executive and board reporting, long-range planning, and administration of the Pigment financial planning platform. Candidates should have 2–5 years of progressive FP&A experience, strong headcount modeling and Excel skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field; NetSuite, Databricks, and Pigment experience are preferred. The base pay range is $110,000–$113,000 USD, with potential bonus, commission, and other benefits.
