Dialpad is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the calling experience across frontend, backend, and hardware devices. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the role owns the team’s vision, roadmap, large projects, engineering processes, hiring, and hands-on technical work while guiding senior engineers across global offices. The position requires extensive experience leading engineering teams and building real-time communications systems using WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP, along with contact center, cloud-native, and AI-assisted development expertise. The target base salary for British Columbia is $225,300–$284,925 CAD.
