AspenTech is hiring a Senior Principal Technical Support Engineer for its Advanced Process Control software support and training team. The role involves resolving complex technical and engineering issues for customers using Aspen DMC3 and Aspen GDOT, providing consultation and advanced training, conducting pre-sales activities, supporting product testing, mentoring team members, and delivering onsite support and consultancy. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, extensive process-control and industrial-technology experience, strong knowledge of control systems and industrial architectures, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
