Description
The Sr. Program Manager will own the upstream funnel for Quick Commerce new launch sites, managing prospective sites from identification through selection and handoff to downstream delivery teams. The role coordinates Real Estate, Operations, Technology, Finance, Design Engineering, and other cross-functional partners; develops and standardizes site-selection criteria and handoff documentation; analyzes pipeline data; mitigates risks; and supports special projects and executive reporting. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, data-driven decision-making, process standardization, and strong stakeholder communication, with up to 20% travel. It is available in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries of $104,100–$155,400 and $115,600–$160,000 annually, respectively.
