Description
Dialpad is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test focused on agentic quality assurance. The role owns end-to-end quality for AI voice agent features and workflows, including test automation, evaluation frameworks, CI/CD integration, performance testing, observability, and risk mitigation. It requires 6+ years of software engineering or SDET experience, strong programming skills, experience with distributed cloud-native systems and AI/LLM testing, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. The position is based at one of Dialpad’s Canadian offices and reports to a QA Engineering Manager in the United States.
