The role involves collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders, improving provisioning processes, participating in architecture and code-review activities, and mentoring less experienced team members. Candidates need at least five years of experience building large-scale distributed systems, along with Java, Python, Go, cloud, testing, and communication skills; startup, observability, Terraform, CI/CD, AI, and React/TypeScript experience are bonuses.
