The role is a senior backend software engineer responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving backend services, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems for a caregiver platform. Responsibilities include architecture and code reviews, production troubleshooting, platform modernization, secure and compliant development, performance optimization, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of professional software engineering experience, healthcare and cloud experience, proficiency in C#/.NET and Python, and experience with databases, containerization, DevOps, and secure coding.
