Description
Poshmark is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services for its high-traffic marketplace and cloud platform. The role involves building scalable systems, writing tested code, troubleshooting distributed systems, improving development processes, and contributing to platform reliability and scalability. The engineer will receive mentorship, take ownership of components and features, and eventually mentor interns or new hires. The posting requires a BE or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, at least four years of relevant software engineering experience, and experience with technologies such as Ruby, JRuby, Java, JavaScript, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, and Linux.
