Description
Samsara is hiring a Senior Engineer in its Infrastructure organization to design, build, and operate reliable cloud platforms across a multi-account, multi-region AWS environment. The role focuses on improving scalability, capacity, failure isolation, recovery, cost efficiency, and self-service infrastructure automation, while partnering with product engineering teams, participating in incident response, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least six years of experience designing and operating software, infrastructure, or distributed systems, deep expertise in one infrastructure domain, strong software-engineering fundamentals, AWS experience, infrastructure-as-code experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
