Description
Dialpad is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer on its Integrations team to own the design, development, maintenance, reliability, and technical direction of native integrations connecting Dialpad with CRM, ticketing, workforce management, and other customer-critical systems. The role includes building backend services, APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and automation workflows; mentoring junior engineers; debugging production issues; and supporting Agentic AI-compatible integrations. It is based in the Bangalore office with a hybrid working arrangement and requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend and integration systems experience, and familiarity with Python, Vue.js, Redis, Google Cloud, and AI technologies.
