Description
CTL Engineering is hiring a Sr. Structural | Bridge Design Engineer to lead bridge design and analysis projects from conception through completion. The role involves designing and evaluating new, widened, and rehabilitated bridges, preparing engineering reports and drawings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting field inspections, managing budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a civil engineering or related bachelor’s degree, a North Carolina Professional Engineer license, 10 to 15+ years of bridge engineering experience focused on NCDOT projects, and proficiency with bridge design software.
