Lockheed Martin’s CommandIQ team is hiring a Systems Engineer to work in an agile, Scrum-based environment developing mission-critical battle management and command-and-control capabilities. The role involves translating customer needs into roadmap features, documenting system requirements, creating MBSE models, performing peer reviews, participating in technical discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have MBSE, requirements documentation, use-case and concept-of-operation, and systems engineering experience, along with at least three years of relevant experience; Colorado Springs, Colorado, or King of Prussia, Pennsylvania are preferred, with fully remote work possible for strong candidates. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
