Amazon is hiring a Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own and execute complex, cross-functional reliability projects for printers, scanners, and peripherals across more than 1,000 worldwide sites. The role uses device telemetry, root cause analysis, pilots, and process-improvement methodologies to eliminate defects, reduce support and maintenance burden, harden configurations, and scale fixes. Responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, testing and deployment, KPI tracking, documentation, and communication with senior leadership and external technology providers.
