Description
Demandbase is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer for its Developer Experience team to set the technical direction for internal developer platforms, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, security, observability, and FinOps. The role owns multi-account, multi-cluster platforms across AWS and GCP, drives organization-wide standards and adoption, mentors senior and staff engineers, and leads high-severity incident response and architectural reviews. It requires 10+ years of engineering experience, including 7+ years operating cloud infrastructure at scale, along with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Crossplane, GitOps, CI/CD, service mesh, and observability.
