Bennett & Pless is hiring a full-time, entry-level Structural Staff Engineer in Raleigh to design structures, structural elements, and systems for manufacturing, distribution, data center, commercial, historical, public sector, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects. The role includes structural analysis, code-compliant drawings and specifications, calculations, submittal reviews, coordination with engineers and design technicians, and participation in client, architect, and contractor meetings. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 0–2 years of related experience or a master’s degree in civil engineering; BIM training or experience and EIT status are preferred.
