Description
Axon is hiring a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to lead architecture design reviews, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering, and build highly available, scalable cloud-based services for its Records Management system. The role is based in the Boston office on a hybrid schedule, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays. Candidates need at least eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and expertise in backend microservices, cloud systems, managed languages, JavaScript and TypeScript, React, and SQL. The base pay range is $168,750 to $270,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
