Asana is hiring a Staff Product Manager in Warsaw to define and build a category-defining product for the agentic software development lifecycle. The role partners with design, research, engineering, and other teams to create product strategy, roadmap, workflows, and customer-focused solutions, while validating assumptions with demanding customers and driving business impact. It is an office-centric hybrid role with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and offers a gross monthly base salary of 37,000–46,000 PLN plus benefits.
