Description
LiveKit is hiring a Security Engineer to own security across applications, services, infrastructure, and developer workflows. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks, conducting secure code reviews, threat modeling, building security tooling, hardening authentication and access control, investigating vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and partnering with engineering teams to build secure-by-default systems. Candidates should have at least six years of software engineering experience, substantial security engineering experience, and experience with threat modeling, secure coding, vulnerability management, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
