CaptivateIQ is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to set the technical strategy for its Agentic SDK team, an internal developer platform enabling product teams to build AI-powered features. The role owns multi-year AI platform architecture, LLM orchestration, MCP infrastructure, agent patterns, engineering quality standards, cross-team alignment, and coaching of senior engineers toward staff-level impact. It requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, staff-level technical leadership, deep LLM and MCP expertise, and a strong track record of strategic decision-making and mentorship.
