Commure is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to set technical direction for its data integrations platform that moves clinical and financial data between the company and hundreds of external healthcare endpoints. The role owns distributed systems architecture, high-throughput pipelines, data stores, observability, security, reliability, and complex cross-system initiatives, while mentoring Senior and Staff engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent extensive experience, 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, substantial Staff-equivalent architectural experience, and deep expertise in distributed systems, databases, networking, and production infrastructure.
