Description
CaptivateIQ is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the technical direction and multi-year strategy of its Modeling Platform, which provides service-layer APIs, a modeling SDK, and extensible frontend components for internal product teams. The role partners with the SmartGrid computation-engine team, makes platform-level architectural tradeoffs, drives technical alignment, and coaches engineers toward senior and staff-level impact. It is a backend-primary fullstack position requiring at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python and Django experience, and a track record of owning platform layers and growing engineering talent.
