Rep-Lite is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Account Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina to support one dedicated hospital account. The role combines hands-on sterile processing with leadership, workflow auditing, case support, training, process improvement, and problem-solving. It requires 5+ years of experience in sterile processing, central services, operating rooms, or surgical services, with CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no travel, and a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus benefits.
