Description
The Sterile Processing Supervisor directly supervises sterile processing personnel, manages department workflow, ensures compliance with infection control and sterilization standards, coordinates instrumentation and supplies, and oversees staff selection, training, performance evaluation, counseling, and development. The role requires current CRCST, HSPA, or CBSPD certification, at least three years of sterile processing technician experience including prior leadership experience, and an associate's degree or equivalent experience.
