Extra Space Storage is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision. The role manages customer relationships and sales, maintains cleanliness and site safety, handles billing and cash transactions, oversees budgets and administrative tasks, and supports employee relationships. Candidates need at least two years of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physically demanding indoor and outdoor work. The position pays $20.00 per hour and offers medical benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
