Description
Ohana Child Development Center is hiring a part-time Substitute Teacher to work 10 to 30 hours per month, stepping in for teachers as needed. The role provides physical care and supervision for children aged 4 months to 5 years using Montessori and RIE practices, maintains safe and organized classrooms, supports positive discipline, communicates with families and co-teachers, and follows licensing and training requirements. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check, and complete CPR/First Aid and other required trainings; early childhood certification and experience with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers are preferred. The position is based at the Bandwidth Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters and offers potential advancement to a full-time teaching position.
