ChangeLine is hiring a Suicide Prevention Transformation Manager to work onsite in Colorado Springs. The role combines community engagement, strategic project leadership, facilitation, systems change, data use, and collaborative stakeholder work to help communities address suicide prevention and related complex challenges. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of experience in community engagement, public health, suicide prevention, behavioral health, advocacy, systems change, or a related field, and experience leading complex multi-partner projects. The position offers an annual salary of $80,000–$95,000, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), vacation and sick time, and disability insurance.
