Samet Corporation is hiring a Superintendent I to oversee construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout from its Raleigh, North Carolina regional office. The role manages schedules, subcontractor performance, project documentation, quality control, safety, and coordination with owners, designers, and trade partners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field, 3–5+ years of construction project superintendent experience, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, and a valid driver's license. The position requires frequent travel to construction sites and involves physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
