Description
Samet Corporation is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead construction activities on assigned projects from the Raleigh, North Carolina regional office. The role supervises trades and subcontractors, manages CPM schedules, coordinates inspections and approvals, enforces safety and quality standards, oversees punch lists and project closeout, and develops field leaders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field, 7–10 years of construction experience including 3–5 years in a supervisory role, experience with commercial, institutional, or industrial projects, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
