Description
The Supervisor in Charge serves as the immediate supervisor of a shift in a senior living setting, managing the medication administration program and directing Resident Assistants and Med Techs. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting resident conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications and insulin, conducting controlled-drug counts, coordinating with physicians and families, and responding to emergencies. The role is part-time, scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and pays $18.97–$23.27 per hour.
