Description
Entegris is hiring a Production Supervisor, Injection Molding, to lead daily execution at its Colorado Springs site. The role manages press operators and coordinates tooling, setup, process engineering, material handling, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Responsibilities include press scheduling, staffing optimization, operator coaching, root-cause analysis, KPI monitoring, Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and shift coverage. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience in plastics molding, assembly, manufacturing, or a cleanroom environment, and three years of experience developing people and teams. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
