Description
Sharp HealthCare is hiring a laboratory operations supervisor/manager to support and coordinate the daily operations of multiple hospital laboratory departments. The role supervises AP personnel, clinical laboratory scientists, CPTs, and laboratory assistants; assists with operational planning, budgeting, staffing, hiring, inventory, human resources, quality management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in biological science, five years of hospital laboratory technical experience, three years of supervisory experience, and a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist license. The schedule has variable start and end times, an 8-hour shift requirement, as-needed weekend work, and no on-call requirement.
