Description
Standex International is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, SIOP, cost reduction, KPI improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance. The role also involves collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams, leading a supply chain team, and using ERP/MRP systems. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, logistics, ERP systems, process improvement, supplier management, and cross-functional leadership.
