Description
The Interim Support Coordinator provides inbound phone support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers for a manufacturer’s Patient Support Program. The role coordinates resources, eligibility, enrollment, reimbursement, affordability, and access to prescribed therapy; supports Patient Care Coordinators and Reimbursement Specialists; maintains records; escalates complex cases; and reports adverse events. It is a fully remote contract position based out of Morrisville, North Carolina, with pay of $24.00–$26.00 per hour and potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
