Description
Cerebras Systems is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer to develop low-level drivers and hardware monitoring, telemetry, fault detection, alerting, and diagnostic software for the Wafer Scale Engine. The role focuses on board-level device integration, Linux BSP and platform enablement, hardware/software debugging, and collaboration with hardware, ASIC, manufacturing, and datacenter teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least four years of production-quality embedded or systems software experience in C/C++, and hands-on experience with hardware interfaces such as I2C, SPI, CAN, GPIO, and UART. The base salary is $175,000 to $230,000 annually, with possible bonus and equity.
