Lockheed Martin is hiring a Team Lead for its Core SE team within the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) organization. The role leads Core SE team members, manages staffing and performance, mentors engineers, validates product deliverables, establishes team processes, and provides technical guidance across missile defense system engineering. It requires a final secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, system engineering and leadership experience, and may involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the United States.
