Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment cycle for professional and management staff, including job posting, resume screening, candidate selection, interviews, assessments, offer letters, and reference checks. The role also supports talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, candidate networking, recruitment events, international mobility, HR marketing, and other human resources projects. It is based in Montreal, Quebec City, or Brossard and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of similar experience, bilingual English and French ability, regular travel, and experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
