Pattern is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Asia office in Guangzhou, China. The role independently manages recruitment for assigned positions, supports the Hong Kong HR team with key APAC position recruitments, collaborates with global teams, maintains HR reporting and systems, and performs other assigned duties. Candidates need a full-time bachelor's degree or higher, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of HR operations and labor law, strong English and Mandarin skills, and strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
