Description

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC is looking for a Task Lead/Program Manager with a strong SOF background to manage Personnel Recovery (PR) and SERE training initiatives for the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) at Camp Lejeune, NC. This role involves leading complex programs, managing project timelines, conducting reviews, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, team supervision, and process improvement, along with a deep understanding of PR/SERE instruction.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: BA/BS degree in any field or Bachelor's degree.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 18 months of experience in program management methodologies, team supervision, and process improvement strategies.
18 months of experience as a Program or Contract Manager.
5 years of leadership experience (military, contract or civilian) as a Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a SERE or SOF specific high-risk course.
6 years’ experience as a SERE Instructor at a DoD approved FSLC SERE school, with three years at a USSOCOM FSLC SERE Course (i.e., MARFORSOC, NSW, USAJFKSWCS).
Preferred Qualifications: Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications.
Post-high school education and 10+ years of SOF and/or PR/SERE experience.
5 years of leadership experience (military, contract or civilian) as a Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a SERE or SOF specific high-risk course.
5 years of leadership experience (military, contract or civilian) as a Section Lead (SE or RE equivalent) for a SERE or SOF specific high-risk course.
