Description
Sendoso is hiring a Team Lead for its Sending Fulfillment Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is a hands-on warehouse-floor leadership position responsible for delegating tasks, leading shift huddles, supporting receiving, staging, shipping, inventory accuracy, safety, compliance, associate training, and lean process improvements. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership and conflict-resolution experience, continuous-improvement experience, and the ability to lift 49 pounds and work on their feet for up to 10 hours per day. The position offers a Monday–Friday 5:45 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift, a sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical, LSA, 401K, and FSA plans.
