Description
Televic Rail is seeking an East Coast–based Technical Bid Manager to lead complex technical and commercial bids for major rail projects across the United States and internationally. The role leads customers from inquiry through proposal development and contract award, translates requirements into competitive technical solutions, coordinates with sales, engineering, product management, and project teams, supports pricing and proposal development, presents solutions to customers and stakeholders, and manages bid risks and priorities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is preferred, along with experience in technical, systems, engineering, project management, solutions, or customer-facing technical roles; transportation, rail, communications, software, electronics, infrastructure, proposal management, RFPs, systems integration, or technical solution development experience is preferred.
