McKim & Creed is hiring a Technical Director - Electrical to serve as a senior leader for its Buildings, Energy, and Infrastructure group at the Raleigh headquarters. The role combines client relationship management, business development, project delivery oversight, quality control, resource utilization, team development, electrical training, and selection of project management and project leadership for strategic projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, NC PE or ability to obtain it through reciprocity, at least eight years of project delivery and client and business management experience, and existing client relationships. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
