eClerx is hiring a full-time Technical Lead, Blockchain & Application Development in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role leads the technical direction and delivery of enterprise software and blockchain-integrated applications, oversees squad architecture and quality, builds test automation, optimizes cloud performance, implements blockchain integrations, writes and audits smart contracts, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least eight years of full-stack development experience, strong Java/Spring Boot backend expertise, blockchain and Web3 experience, frontend experience with React or Angular and TypeScript or JavaScript, and experience leading technical projects in an agile environment. The target base salary is $170,000-$225,000.
