Description
StarRez is hiring a hands-on Technical Lead to build a new data platform from the ground up for its Analytics and Reporting capabilities. The role owns data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, analytical modelling, incremental processing, schema evolution, governance, security, monitoring, reliability, and cost efficiency, while collaborating with Principal Engineers and other engineering teams. It is an individual-contributor leadership role with no people-management responsibilities, requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of technical leadership experience, and experience building data platforms from zero or near-zero. Preferred qualifications include modern cloud data platforms, data integration and orchestration tools, CDC or event-driven integration, and embedded analytics experience.
