Method is hiring a Technical Lead for its Growth team to own the technical direction of onboarding, trial engagement, conversion, experimentation, data measurement, and user experience. The role leads and mentors engineers, scopes projects, sets developer workflows, and promotes responsible use of AI-assisted development tools. It requires 5–7+ years of software development experience, 1–3 years of technical leadership experience, full-stack C#/.NET, SQL, and React experience, and expertise in data engineering, analytics, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping. The position is full-time and permanent in Toronto, with a hybrid model requiring two to three days per week in the downtown office, and offers $120,000–$144,000 per year plus healthcare, vision, and dental coverage.
