SARA is hiring a Technical Program Manager to oversee multiple high-power electromagnetics research and development programs in Colorado Springs. The role manages cost, schedule, tasking, technical proposals, customer requirements, multi-disciplinary teams, training, logistics, and product reliability; it requires a technical degree, 8–10 years of program management experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance. The position is primarily on-site with remote work flexibility, offers an annualized salary of $110,000 to $150,000, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
