Description
Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its SPARC Portfolio to lead complex, multi-disciplinary risk-management projects for its global data center fleet. The role develops risk frameworks, registers, threat assessments, controls, business continuity and disaster recovery processes, key risk indicators, reports, incident analyses, playbooks, dashboards, and risk acceptance workflows while coordinating with global stakeholders and improving risk controls. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, five years of program management experience, five years in technical program management or risk management within data center infrastructure, operations, or physical security, three years leading cross-functional risk or business continuity programs, and three years analyzing operational data and presenting risk profiles. Preferred qualifications include risk or program management certifications, quantitative risk and crisis-response experience, and strong executive communication and reporting skills. Compensation is $163,000–$236,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
