The role leads cross-functional teams, manages risks and project plans, aligns product and technical architecture, supports client engagement, maintains quality and SDLC standards, and drives continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 12 years of program and project management experience including 7 years managing client-facing technical solutions, retail technology or POS experience, and relevant technical and project-management certifications.
